Biography Audrey returned to East Clare in 1994 in order for the first of her four children to attend Raheen Wood Steiner National School (then Cooleenbridge School). She is one of the founding group of the ALFA Project (Active Learning for Adolescents). She has been: a Kindergarten Assistant and Teacher, Administrator of the ALFA Project, National Co-ordinator of the Irish Steiner Kindergarten Association and Independent Living Team Leader with Camphill Community Mountshannon, during which time she completed a 3 year part time, International Leadership Course with Margarete van den Brink Consultancy, Communication & Leadership Development, (www.margaretevandenbrink.nl), including The Phases of Development, Personal Leadership, Communication Development, Conflict Handling, Coaching and Change Processes in Organisations. She also completed a HETAC Level 7 course in Professional Coaching Skills and is currently employed by Camphill Community Mountshannon providing Job Supervision nationally using a Coaching approach. |
